Welcome to our domain. Just a few tidbits about the two of us. I am a bit of a health junkie who absolutely enjoys spending time with family and friends. Traveling is my favorite pastime. I am what some may call a roller coaster fanatic. As for staying active I enjoy a little bit of everything... jogging, yoga, resistance training, kickboxing, volleyball, and the list could go on and on and on. Michael is my dashing husband of 3 years. He will be attending Midwestern University in the fall where he will be studying dental medicine. His hobbies consist of volleyball and fixing things. He is also an avid reader, jeopardy watcher, and quite the chef. And give him a good album and he will listen to it every day all day.

Fit For Life

I would like to help you embark on this rewarding journey to better wellness through fitness training and nutritional guidance.  I realize that in the moment there may seem to be a million things more important that exercising or preparing healthy meals, but in the long run you will be doing yourself a huge disservice if you fail to commit yourself to making a few minor positive lifestyle changes. Each of us could fill a novel with all the excuses we have previously come up with for not being able to exercise or eat right. My hope is that I may eliminate some of these excuses by coming to you. How does training with within the comfort of your own home sound? I will supply the equipment and the expertise, leaving you with only one simple task: opening the door when I arrive. Together we can accomplish great things.
